Homeowner Organizers have trained personnel who reside in the dorm rooms or apartment or condos and help the Management personnel with domestic life programs and numerous administrative requirements.

The Real Estate Workplace utilizes different trainers and trainee partners residing in the dorm or house locations as Homeowner Coordinators-- personnel that helps with administrative requirements of Our Business, social shows for our homeowners and kid’s play groups, in addition to basic support to trainees and households residing in our locations.

Trainees thinking about requesting Homeowner Organizer positions need to be matriculated trainees (or a partner) of Our Business Graduate or Specialist School program, and have resided on school and in the location, they are getting, for a minimum of one academic year.
